Tucked away on the edge of the Lincolnshire Woods, Healing Manor is a fine example of a traditional estate dwelling. Over the last few months, both the manor and its grounds have been lovingly restored and improved to create a unique leisure experience.

With refurbishments complete on the Bar and Restaurant, it was time to hold an extravagant opening night, allowing the guests to experience the wide range of cuisine on offer while touring the manor’s impressive facilities, fabulous gardens, and water features.

Unfortunately, this evening has been thrown into disarray by the discovery of a dead body in the manor’s grounds; the current owner of Healing Manor, Mark Roundim. With the recent police force cuts prompted by the credit crunch, the investigating officer has been unavoidably detained. Rather than lose business, Miss Tracy Roundim, the daughter of the deceased, has put her grief to the side and decided to use the murder to the hotel’s advantage, offering all the guests the opportunity to take part in a real murder inquiry!

You can expect this program to last approximately 90 minutes. Start times are in 15 minute intervals and are selected when purchasing tickets. The maximum number of people for each time is 12. You will walk through the Historical Society Museum while interacting with the various murder suspects and solve the mystery at the end while enjoying dessert! The Museum is handicap accessible and can accommodate small wheelchairs. There is an elevator to assist in reaching the second floor. Parking is available in the First Federal Bank lot to the south of the building, on Franklin Street in the front, and behind in the Frontier Communications lot. This program is recommended for ages 10 and up due to mild blood associated with the subject matter.
